{"id":2496,"date":"2023-03-31T10:02:41","date_gmt":"2023-03-31T13:02:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dgp.uepa.br\/?p=2496"},"modified":"2024-05-08T12:07:50","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T15:07:50","slug":"declaracao-de-bens-e-valores-referente-ao-ano-de-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dgp.uepa.br\/index.php\/declaracao-de-bens-e-valores-referente-ao-ano-de-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"DECLARA\u00c7\u00c3O DE BENS E VALORES REFERENTE AO ANO DE 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">A Universidade do Estado do Par\u00e1 por meio da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Gest\u00e3o e Planejamento e da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas, em observ\u00e2ncia \u00e0s Instru\u00e7\u00f5es Normativas n\u00ba 03, de 10\/09\/2021, e n\u00ba 04 de 06\/10\/2021, da Auditoria Geral do Estado \u2013 AGE, que dispuseram sobre procedimentos a serem adotados pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da administra\u00e7\u00e3o direta e indireta do Poder Executivo Estadual, para a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, pelos agentes p\u00fablicos, de declara\u00e7\u00e3o de bens e valores (disposto no Decreto Estadual n\u00ba. 1.712, de 12 de julho de 2021), bem como sua atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o anual, vem informar \u00e0 coletividade de servidores desta IES que:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">A Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Bens e Valores dos servidores da UEPA referente ao EXERC\u00cdCIO DO ANO DE 2022 (ANO BASE 2021) dever\u00e1 ser entregue, impreterivelmente, por meio de preenchimento de formul\u00e1rio eletr\u00f4nico no per\u00edodo de 06 a 20\/03\/2023 (sem maiores prazos de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o). Para isto, \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel que o servidor esteja logado no seu e-mail institucional (@uepa.br). O preenchimento do formul\u00e1rio dever\u00e1 ser realizado por todos os servidores estatut\u00e1rios, comissionados e tempor\u00e1rios. Aqueles que estejam afastados ou licenciados do servi\u00e7o por qualquer hip\u00f3tese, bem como, os cedidos para outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os, dever\u00e3o seguir as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa AGE N\u00ba 05, obedecendo os prazos determinados para a entrega. Para preenchimento do formul\u00e1rio no endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico<br>https:\/\/forms.gle\/AWJnSA49R2rTugDo9, o servidor poder\u00e1 consultar o tutorial em anexo. Ao concluir o envio, receber\u00e1 automaticamente um e-mail de comprova\u00e7\u00e3o.
